With a strong foundation in product strategy, Frédéric has consistently applied cutting-edge technology — especially AI — to build scalable, high-impact solutions. He combines deep practical insight with academic rigor, holding an MBA and currently pursuing a PhD in Product Management at the University of Ghent. His academic work focuses on product and AI strategy in software startups, including research collaborations with the GPT Lab at Tampere University and the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. With a career spanning startups and large enterprises, Peter combines an MBA from Stanford University with hands-on experience as a founder, board member, and executive — including successful early-stage exits (such as to Expedia) and C-level roles at House of HR and Bouwsoft (a Visma company). Known for his sharp, no-nonsense thinking, Peter consistently helps companies focus on what truly matters in fast-moving contexts. A long-time believer in the power of technology to reshape industries, he recently earned a Master's in Artificial Intelligence from KU Leuven. His strategic vision and curiosity, combined with a strong focus on creating real value for customers, make him a trusted advisor on our journey.
